What makes healthcare marketing so unique?

Not too long ago, I was working with a client and a doctor on developing a diagnostic tool and treatment algorithm. When we wrapped up, the doctor turned to me, beaming, and said, “This tool could actually transform patient care and maybe even save lives!” That moment was a powerful reminder of why I love working in this field – if I ever had any doubts, they vanished right then and there.

Name one skill that is important to do your job well

That’s easy – a smile!
I won’t say project management is a simple job, because it’s definitely not. But every day, I have to get a lot of people to work together under tight deadlines. And I’ve learned that if I bring a smile and some positive energy to the mix, things usually go a lot smoother!

Tell us about a fun project you have done lately

Not too long ago, a client came to us with quite the challenge. He wanted something unique for his sales reps. We ended up 3D-printing large enzyme models in durable rubber so they could be displayed over and over in doctors’ offices across the country.

What makes you happy at work?

Last time I checked, I had 18 projects on my plate. Some have been in the works for over a year, while others pop up unexpectedly in the morning and are wrapped up by the end of the day. No matter the timeline, there’s nothing more satisfying than finishing a project with a happy client! 😊

What is the smartest thing someone ever taught you?

Be diligent and make an effort.
