First and foremost, we are looking for a Senior Account Director to play an active and client-facing role as part of our client team. This includes:
- Overall responsibility for a client portfolio of Nordic, European and global pharmaceutical and medical device clients – primarily focusing on client retention and satisfaction.
- Helping to map clients’ needs and proposing solutions to address those needs.
- Developing healthcare communication campaigns across platforms in collaboration with our team of skilled communication specialists.
- Pitching to acquire new clients in close collaboration with the rest of the team.
If this sounds like the perfect job for you, then you can probably say yes to the following requirements:
- You have a passion for healthcare communication.
- You feel comfortable taking the lead on projects
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience from an agency, a pharmaceutical company or a medical device company.
- You have a strong network in the Scandinavian healthcare industry.
- You speak business English and you’re based in or around Copenhagen.
- 2-5 travel days per month are not a problem for you
- You are a proactive team player with a good sense of humor.
